PIES Fitness Yoga Studio is an all-inclusive health and wellness studio located in OldTown Alexandria,VA. Located a block from King St. Metro Station with easy access to both I-395 and I-495, we are able to serve clients in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV). We are open 365 days a year and offer over 80 fitness and yoga classes each week for all levels and intensities from beginners to advanced practitioners.
It is our mission to demonstrate that “yoga and fitness is for everyBODY” and specialize in accessible yoga for beginners and seniors as evidenced by our flagship class, “My Body Don’t Bend That Way.” We also offer private and small group Holistic Yoga Therapy (HYT), special workshops and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT).
